Can anybody identify this plant?

Ive noticed these sprouting around randomly around my garden. At first I thought I must have dropped a seed not I don't think so because theres a few now. Is it a weed? It almost looks like it sprouted from a bean. Should I pull them out?

It looks like a weeping willow tree to me. It is so small it is hard to tell but in another 2 weeks it will be easy to tell.

excuse my typo. I meant to say I thought I dropped a seed BUT I don't think so because they are randomly sprouting around in my fenced in 9'-12' garden.

what trees do you have around your property that have compound (pinnate) leaves like the upper ones on that seedling? 'cause that'd be my guess. doubt it's a willow, something more like locust or mesquite, maybe? you're not the only one who drops seeds.

In Southern California there are several very common wild and planted shrubby trees with leaves like that. The names I'm thinking of are Mesquite, Mimosa, Acacia, Palo Verde.

I have no idea! There arent any trees in my backyard so it must be from one of the neighbors trees ...none of them are really that close to my garden though so I dunno.

That leaf says, "legume". Sweet peas, locust, are a couple possibilities.

I think the Mimosa's first set of leaves are loner and thinner, but the true leaves certainly look like Mimosa.

That has got to be a Partridge pea Seedling. Search that in google. I think these plants have yellow flowers.

If the tree isn't in the vicinity, then a bird might have dropped it, or a squirrel might have buried it. :D
