Pumpkins, hubard squash, crookneck squash, zucchini, acorn squash, white onions, yellow onions, peppers, cucumbers, corn, carrots, cantaloupe, watermelon. This is just a part of the harvest from my modest garden.

Question...how long does it take it to dry? I'm primarily a tomato, squash, and pepper grower.

I have tried in vane to grow onions in my dark clay for years only to have greens to grow to 2 foot and to have a bulb the size of a 50 cent piece.

This year I planted some TX supersweet and 1012 onions in the aftermarket Earthbox...(in the pic) using MG potting mix and putting a fertilizer stripe composed of 10-15-20.

Don't overlook the Walmart self watering containers either...these onions are doing just as well..I fill up the reservoir every other day and feed them liquid compost once a week.

From diggin in and feeling the bulbs..they are about the size of oranges..
