Pre-made soil Blocks

I am impressed with the soil blocks without actually growing anything in them. I will be planting my seeds in about a week and today I made a few (25) and put them in a standard flat with a humidity dome to see if I could make the blocks in advance to actually needing them. I found out that I could make a block every 10 seconds. If this works out, this winter I am going to prepare the number of blocks that I will need, let them dry out, then place the seeds and cover and forget them. Come spring, I will re-hydrate the blocks and see what happens.
