My radishes and mint is being eaten by bugs that look like green grubs!
What are they?

I assume you mean that the leaves are being eaten, since radishes are a root crop, but mint is not. The "grubs" are undoubtedly the larvae of some kind of flying insect. Without a photo of the larvae, I can't really ID the critter for you. Sorry.
You can probably treat the plants, even not knowing the exact identity of the predator. Many people here seem to use neem oil, but I have no experience with it, myself. I generally use Safer's Insecticidal Soap. I'm sure you will get advice from other members.
