Igor looking bug with fuzzy rear???

This is one peculiar looking bug. It's got a humped back and looks like a tuft of white fuzz coming from behind like a rabbit. What is it???? Good bug? Bad bug? It's not a hopper I don't think, it didn't hop away when I picked it up.

maybe wooly plant hopper

... can’t remember if these were wooly aphids or wooly plant hoppers ... have you seen anything like these infestations I have seen on blackberry leaves?

Good grief, looks like someone glued some cotton on your blackberry leaves. Never seen anything like that. This bug did not attempt to hop away when I picked it up, so I didn't think it was a hopper bug. Weird little thing.....

It's either a treehopper nymph or leafhopper nymph.

A nymph. I didn't think of it as a nymph. I have been seeing a few leafhoppers, I guess that's what it was. Thanks everyone!
