My peas are diseased

Hi, I've been having some issues growing peas:

Is this a fungal disease? These ones are growing in some coconut coir. The ones I have growing in seed raising mix seem to be doing just fine at the moment although the seed mix ones are a bit younger.

I've been giving them a tiny bit bit of seasol, which is a seaweed based root stimulant and a little worm liquid. My worm farm isn't the healthiest, so maybe that's what caused the issue. I've got some broccoli growing in coir with the same treatment as well though but they seem to be fine.

I was fairly mindfull about being hygenic with the coconut coir but maybe it wasn't enough. I don't know I'm a little bit stumped. It just seems very early to have these issues and I can't think of anything I've done massively wrong. Should I maybe sterilise the coconut coir before I use it?
