I would be super grateful for anyone's help in identifying what's eating the leaves of my plants! This is my first year gardening and I've tried to do everything right (tested the soil PH and modified accordingly, made lots of compost and worked it into the soil, etc) but clearly there's something more I need to do.
I'm in Carmel, NY in zone 6a.
A few photos of the blueberry leaves (bushes planted first week of April):

And of bean leaves:

And of pepper leaves:

And of Balaton cherry tree leaves (planted first week of April):
Thank you so much for any advice you can offer!

In the middle of summer you have your choice of chompers. Slugs and snails, beetles, caterpillars. Large holes in shady moist places close to the ground are most likely snails and slugs. Leaves laced with holes usually between the veins are either beetles or caterpillars. Look under the leaves for caterpillars and at in the evening after dark for the beetles and slugs/snails.
I think that is a long horned beetle on the bean leaf so, that might be one of the culprits.

Yeah, most of that looks like slug damage. Type slug control into the search box at top left corner of the page and you will find about 70 threads here about it. Lots of info already here.
