Pests or Fungus?

I'm new to gardening in Virginia. I've recently seen some spots on my leaves, as well as, some leaf damage. It hasn't rained here in about a week or so and there has been an increase in leafhoppers on my squash, zucchini, and cucumber plants. I don't know if the spots are from a fungus or pests, but I'm hoping someone will look at the uploaded pictures and be able to tell me what it is, and how to correct the problem. Thanks for any assistance!

It is not fungus. I think I saw frass under the leaves so it looks more like a sucking pest. You can try horticultural oil as long as the day temps are not over 88 degrees or you can spray early in the morning or late in the evening when it is cool.

Sometimes I get some leaf bleaching, without any real cause, but as long as the plants are healthy, I ignore it.

In the first photo, when I zoom in, I see whitefly nymphs -- yellow flat, waxy-looking bugs. In the 2nd photo to the left, there is a whitefly egg cluster -- white fuzzy. I didn't zoom in on the 3rd one. :P
