Hello, I am trying to grow tomatoes and peppers for the first time. I am using all organic soil and fertilizer in zone 6a.
I noticed the tomato leaves showing yellow spots about two weeks after transplanting and missing pieces of the leaves. I now am finding insects on the leaves and stem. When I touch the insect it flies away. I found one of the bugs in the pepper plant today as well. I Sprayed with neem oil today. Hoping for some help on identification and if there are any beneficial insects I can add because I have a feeling these guys will be around for a while. Thanks on advance for your help!

I don't think flea beetles, because they make little holes all the way through. (I'm quite familiar with it, because my potato patch is being eaten up by them)
But it does look like the damage from some kind of sucking insect, like the aphid. Check the undersides of the leaves, see if you find a bunch more of them.
