Onion Leaf Turning Brown

So far it's only this one onion plant that is turning brown at the end of the leaf. All my other onions look like they are doing well. What's wrong with it? Is there a way to revive it?

Did you just plant this as a plant? Make sure it's getting enough water -- maybe it has shorter roots than others and need to get established?

They are planted from sets about a month ago. Maybe it was a big set. I read that smaller sets are best to use. I guess not all plants will survive.
