Looks like a combination of things.
Some snail and slug damage to the leaves
Fungal issues on the leaves
Nutritional issues yellowing on the leaves

Snail bait for the slugs.

I see you mulched, but fertilizer would help. You want a complete fertilizer. You can get organic or synthetic. Synthetic will work faster.

If the ground does not drain well or it is compacted, you may have to do some gentle cultivation. Apply some compost to the top but not against the stems of the plant in a thin layer about a 1/2 inch.

Fungal issues can be from the weather or the plant may be more susceptible because it is stressed. You need to identify whether it is a disease or insect causing the problem and treat with the appropriate measure. I would use something like 3 in 1 spray which is broad spectrum and also has a fungicide. If you can identify a particular pest or disease it will be easier to select the best treatment.
