It's a leaf hopper not sure if I should be worried everything I'm readying says there mostly a nuisance than a threat. Gonna go buy a butt load of lady bugs and let them out see if it clears anything up.

That's a relief. Yeah if leaf hopper -- much smaller than SVB moth.

Only way they can be serious problem is as disease vector, and I generally don't worry about them much.
