It's hard to say without size reference and more details about how and where you found it, but if it's very very tiny and you found it in the soil, then it could be nematode. If it's not microscopic, then it's probably a predatory nematode and beneficial.
It is definitely a worm. Nematodes are see-through for the most part. I have actually never seen a predatory nematode so I can't say for sure what it is.
I found it in my soil. There were a lot of these things . It was curled up in the dirt and when it straightened out it was a quarter of an inch. I was thinking it is some type of llarvae. I found them in one of my raised gardens that hasn't been planted yet.
