New to gardening having trouble with my Viburnums

Hello everyone,
I am new to the post and excited to join as I have takinh a great interest with my first home gardening. It has become my daily meditation. last year I planted Sweet Viburnums to line my fence and am having quite a time with some of them taking off I don't know what is doing this to them and was hoping someone could give me some insight. thanks ahead of time for any help I look forward to being part of the community!
