Friend or Foe?

I just started growing strawberries and other such goodies on my patio. I went out to check on them today and found some insects I had never seen. I'm trying to be very cautious about which insects I remove from my plants because I don't want to remove beneficial insects. However I am starting see some leaf damage so I need to start identifying some of the unknowns.
