What are these worms...

What is this worm on my squash flowrrs?! They are everywhere! I have been hand picking them and squishing their eggs but they are out of control. How do I get rid of them? See the attached picture. Also, they are laying eggs inside the flowers that are hard to distinguish from pollen. Similar color.

Well, I am not good at identifying specific butterfly and moth larvae except the common ones like the looper, corn earworm, and cabbage worm. Thank goodness all that matters is that it is a caterpillar. Bt for caterpillars (dipel or thurgicide) will take care of most of them.
