I have another question; my need oil seems a bit off but I can't remember if maybe it always looked like that. It lives outside in a wooden cupboard so maybe it got too hot?

It has gone all thick and a bit white. I have noticed that if I leave neem solution in the spray bottle it makes thick gunky strings. Has anyone ever seen this or know why?

When the neem oil is mixed, it should be used asap. If you leave it in a spray bottle, it can clog the sprayer. That has happened to me twice and I could not unclog it. The oil sprays do get milky once they are mixed and kept a while. Oil and water really don't like each other.
