Something eating my Bell Peppers!

I was wondering if anyone could help. Something is eating the bell peppers on my plants. I've attached a photo. If you are able to identify what it is. What would be a good way to kill and control them. Thanks a lot.

Because of the scraping way they seem to be eaten, I would look for slugs and hornworms. Control would be hand picking on sight. ID first to determine further action.

I've caught hornworms eating my jalepenos in the past. Look for the small black pellets around the base of the plant that is hornworm poop.

Birds will go after peppers and they leave irregular edges.

Here are some pics of peppers and the different things that can infest them from disease to pests.
