Please help identify these eggs

I've searched, but I have turned up nothing so far. What kind of insect lays it's eggs at the top of long hairs? I found them on my Egg Plants. Thank you

A beneficial insect called Green Lacewings -- their ugly looking larvae will voraciously eat aphids, Mites, and pest bug eggs.
