Pest identification

Hello all,

Just this morning when I checked the bottom of my container plant, I saw some white creatures crawling in and out through the drainage holes of the container. They were small and thin, and seemed to glide about. I did some research, but haven't been able to identify them yet. Does anyone have any idea what they could be and how I should get rid of them?

There don't seem to be any crawling about the surface of the soil when I check below the leaves, and my plant is growing fine (apart from the longer than usual internodes due to a lack of sunlight). Is there a possibility that they aren't harmful?

Thanks a lot!
