What are these bugs?

Hi,
I have these bugs on my Papyrus.
What are these bugs? Are they dangerous?
My Papyrus is not good =(

(sorry for my English..)

Please help!

I found this old post. But, I thought I'd take a stab at this bug identification. The body shape looks like a thrip. I could not find a species match.

I would have to second that imafan26, it is young and hasnt it's wings yet. Young nymphs are wingless and a bit yellowish in color. The adult Thrip have wings and are black.
