Ground Cover Plant with Disease/Fungus

Recently I've been having a problem with one of my low growing ground-cover plants, commonly called "baby tears."

It has been growing well for me for a month or two, but suddenly it has been attacked by a web-like growth, which quickly causes the plant to melt. I noticed it start this week, which has had much higher temperatures than usual.
I have my plant growing indoors under a desk lamp, which I leave on for approximately 10 hours per day. It is misted daily or every other day. The excess humidity along with the heat is what I suspect.

Thanks for your suggestions!
