Hi. I'm new to this forum. Can anyone tell me if this is tobacco mosaic virus?
I have 30 tom plants I'm a tunnel and there is some light/dark mottling on leaves and this one has odd new top growth.

Hello AndrewDRoe. Ken here in the Chicago area. Welcome to the Forum.
Looking at the picture, the plant certainly has the symptoms of TMV, which
are color changes, dwarfing, and tissue distortion. According to Cornell University,
TMV “is readily transmitted mechanically by human activities (abrasion with infected sap).â€

Thank you for responding to my post. I fear that if it is TMV then it is my fault as I am a tobacco user. I intend to treat for boron/magnesium deficiency first to see if they respond and keep a close eye on them. I will remove the most badly affected ones. Loosing all my tomato plants would be a disaster!
