leaf hoppers remedy?

OK,
I saw the 1st leaf hopper on my basil starters this morning. What is a good organic remedy? Does soap spray work?

I boiled garlic and onions together, blended it up, mixed in some castile soap. I then mixed about 2 tbsp to a quart of water and sprayed it on my garden. This seems to work with all types of pests. Give this a try and hopefully you can take care of this problem before theses pest begin to kill your plants.

Let me know how it works for you if you end up doing this. :)

I will get cooking up the mix, I have Dr Bronners soap. I'll research ore on it also.
