Mason Bee House

I was given a bee house for Christmas and am unsure where the best spot in a yard for it would be.
Looking for any tips from the backyard bee keepers.

The best place to put a mason bee house would be under some sort of shelter from the rain and if possible from the wind. Maybe on the side of a building that has a overhang? Good luck!
