Should I be concerned about these guys?

Hi,

Today I noticed what looked like small beetles hanging out on and around my lettuce. Actually it is a salad mix; has beets, mustard, simpson lettuce, spinach etc.

I noticed about 3 of them. What I noticed is they get scared easy and can walk pretty fast and they do fly too. I did not observe them attacking the plants. I am just wondering if they are friend or foe. Here is a few pics I snapped. Hopefully they are good enough for you to ID.

After looking around on a bug site I think they are Harlequin bugs. Would anyone agree? According to the site they are pests. And they suck juice from plants that I happen to be growing, so no wonder I see them. Has anyone dealt with them before? What was your experience with them?

They look smaller than the harlequin bugs I'm used to seeing, but the coloring is different too. The juvies are rounder and less flat....

It's possible we have different kinds, however.

I looked out there today and don't see them. Hopefully I don't get a bunch of them. Still don't know whether they are harlequin bugs or not. It was hard getting pics of them.
