Anyone know what this is?

I have found these bugs in the stems of my collard greens, broccolli, cabbage, etc. On one plant when I pulled it up I found about 50 of these in the roots. I have no idea what it is so I can't prevent or eliminate it. Any ideas?

I'm no bug expert but those things sure do look like termites.

Never even crossed my mind, but we do have termites. I didnt think they would be in my garden. Thanks!!
