I'm new to the HG forum. Trying to ID what's on my cucumber plant. I've looked at number of sites. Photo attached. Any thoughts appreciated.

Difficult to see properly but I would hazard that it was one of three things.
Slugs....snail or thrips.
The first two easy to see and deal with...the last one more difficult.
If it is thrips you will find on the underside of the leaf some very small critters, almost transparent in appearance.
Over here in Europe a major pest in the glasshouse but I don't know if it is over that side of the pond.
Interested to hear if it is so.
