Hydrogen Peroxide as Insect Control and Root Aeration...

I'm not sure if this is technically "organic" or not. Don't think so, but I tried it a few years back and it really seemed to work.

Somebody suggested that you can start using it at any point. Soaking them when they're seedlings seems to be best, but when they're larger you can still spray it on the leaves and "feed" it to the root system.

I had GREAT results, really. But this was a very small experiment with less than 4 plants or so... a number of years ago, even. So I don't remember the specifics, but I know that "my" plant survived from tip to stalk, while my friend's plant only had stalk with no leaves. A few grew back, but mine produced at least 95% of the "fruits".

You guys should try it. Just use the 3% stuff. Or get the larger volumes and mix water with it to dilute it. I'm fairly confident in this technique. It's safe. And there's something to it (fizzy insect mouth and root aeration)!!
