Newbie with bug problems

Below are some pictures of my eggplants. They were bought from a big name store, and then transplanted about 3 or so weeks ago. They are surrounded by peppers, tomatoes, and cukes which show no infestation at all. Only the eggplant leaves look like this. In a couple pics, you can see the bugs. I was wondering if...

1) Plants are gonners

2) what I can use to fight these buggers off

Should I expect these things to move to the other plants at some point?

Flea beetles. They're difficult to control. Soap solution usually isn't enough to kill them. Neem oil might work.
