Broad Mites

I noticed problems with my green beans again. The new growth from the last couple of days is shriveling, leathery, and bumpy, and the blooms are falling off. I did some googling and found that it may be a microscopic mite, broad mites. I inspected the plants and there are no visible insects.

Is there a treament that works with these mites? Or is it even mites?

Friday I dropped off a leaf at my local extension office. Their master gardener wanted to look at them through a microscope. Now today I find that it has spread from one planter box to another. My zucchini and all varieties of peppers are infected, except for the habineros (sp).
I have sprayed the beans with insecticidal soap twice, and the zucchini once. I bought pyrethrum today and will apply it in a few days if there's no improvement. I'm worried that my tomatoes are next, they're doing so well
