stink bug infestation!!

Hello - I have an infestation of Chlorochroa ligata - Conchuela Bug and I don't know if I should get rid of them..they are everywhere living in my mesquites..they are a bit of a nuisance leaving dropping everywhere...

Are they bad?? How do I get rid of them??
