Pepper Leaf Problems

Hello New Gardening Friends !

I have a question about my newly planted pepper plants , their leaves are starting to get a blotchy yellow spot to them , any tips ? also there apears to be lots of of ants hanging around.

the brown spots is residue from a spray of earthworm casting tea , the leafs were doing this yellow spotty business before the spray

the bite marks started around the same time as the yellow spotting
