Anaerobic composting to get rid of invasive plant parts

So I am trying this at the community garden after I heard the plan to take mugwort to the dump.

hold everything! send garden scraps to the dump?!?

So I spread out the mugwort they pulled, and sprayed with an incolulant (EM), stuck it all in a trash bag, and put an old wheelbarow on top with some rocks for weight.

3 weeks later I have some nice looking material. I bet this would work with all manner of pesky weed with bigger piles. They could then contribute to their own downfall.
