What is this larvae in my terrarium??

I have noticed that the plants in one of my terrariums are not looking so good, not growing at all. I checked through the soil and found a few of these larvae:

Anyone know what type of insect this will be? Could this be the cause of my plants looking bad?

That's a baby centipede. If there is a pest bug in your soil, this one will eat it for you. :D

yup, centipede, unlikely to be the real cause of trouble.
