Very small, green insects on pansies

Hi,
there are lots of them on leaves, stems even soil and my pancies are dieing.
How can I get rid of them without using poisonous chemicals?
Some advise please.

Dina - this is probably a bad infestation of the aphid greenfly. There are non organic chemicals to control these but If you can't deal with them by rubbing them off and using a forceful water spray that won't batter the plants to damage them. I would obtain and use a natural insecticidal soap and apply as per instructions. If you can't obtain this locally you will probably find it on the internet.
