Is this a lacewing?

I stepped outside and this little guy was on my patio door. He hung out long enough for me to fish my phone out of my pocket and snap the pic. It is tiny, maybe about a half and inch long. Please tell me it's a lacewing! First one I have seen in my garden, and I could sure use their help right now. Little nibblers are all over my kale and chard! Or is this my nibbler?

Hi, I'd call it a Lacewing. So, unless someone comes in yelling: No, No nnnoooo! That's it. I believe they are also Ant lions when in another stage of metamorphosis.
