Hello all.

I have two Aloe Vera plants neither are looking too healthy, one more so than the other, and I'd really really like to be able to save them.

Very much a novice when it comes to plants but after a few Google searches I realise when I was told you hardly need to water it, I took that too seriously!

I've attached a photo of each. Please could someone offer some advice on how I can try and rejuvenate one and save the other (from almost certain death)?

It is hard to tell much with sideways photos. Mix child play sand with about 20% yard soil repot your plants in larger pots. Keep the plants out of direct sunlight. Put plants on north side of house in full shade or under a big shade tree that gives them full shade all day. I never fertilized my plants and they grew 24" tall in about 7 months. If you have more than 1 plant put each plant in its own pot those plants will get very large. Too much direct sun light will kill the plants. Put each plant in a 1 gallon pot.
