Are These Succulents?

hey green thubmers -

I recently moved into a new office and one of the old tenants left some plants and it appears I have inherited them but I am unsure what kind of plants they are to begin with. They are thick and waxy like a succulent but, I'm new to this planting stuff so I'm really not sure. Pictures are below.

Any input is helpful!

thanks

yes. They could use some repotting in cactus mix. It is a common one. Someone probably can tell you the name.
