Cactus ID, plus fungus???

20170627_015605.jpg
So I bought this cactus a few months back at Wal Mart because I felt really bad for it because of the split. I though don't have any idea what it's called. Also recently the split has started growing bumps along it. Is it a fungus? I'm also going to try giving it less water and see if that helps because I may be over watering it. Also does it look like it has been getting to much sun?

Those are the bumps. The picture it's coming out a lil darker than what it actually looks like.

Grafted crested Euphorbia lactea. I usually see them in more of a white color with pinkish/purplish highlights, possibly from other specimens being in more light, or being a different kind.

I don't see the white bumps. The top looks like it is grafted to Plumeria.

I see them. Not in the v graft but the top part of the split.
Maybe roots forming along the split?
