Can my Desert Rose be saved?

I have a Desert Rose that's 25+ years old and in the same original pot and soil.It's been growing leaves and flowering each year, but this year, no leaves or buds. I'm attaching a few photos for your reference. Can it be repotted, pruned, etc.? The branches are soft to a gentle pinch but the bulb is solid.
