Prickly pear seedling!

In February 2017 I sowed prickly pear cactus seeds, only two were successful, but both seem to be drooping, what am I doing wrong?

They probably would have done better on sand for the drainage. Keep up the good lighting, and do not water until the top inch or so is really dry. Cacti seedlings shouldn't have this long a stem, but I'm betting it will use this as part of the root system as it matures.
