Leaves on Succulent Drooping. Sign of Overwatering?

Is my succulent sick? It keeps growing but the bottom is droopy. I don't know if I'm over watering it or under watering or if that's what it's supposed to look like. The leaves don't feel moist so I don't think I'm over watering it.
