Something goes wrong with my lithops! Please help!

Hi everyone!
I am a new beginner here and my lithops too. I need help for my plant. I bought my lithops with wrinkles from the store from past 3 weeks! I haven't given water yet or a strong sun light. I checked my plant this morning and found the big two marks through the back!

Is it dying or sick? I am truly worried!
Please help me or provide any suggestion for me! Thank you so much!

Those are tough to keep alive. Mine die because there was not enough air circulation.

It looks like something ate a bit of it. Do you have mice in your house or pill bugs in the pot?
