I need help identifying which aloe vera variety this is.

Hello! Leo here! I bought an aloe for almost 1 and a half year ago but the package never said what kind of aloe it was, so my main question is does anyone know what kind of variety this aloe vera is? thanks in advance


The pup is from that big mother plant its the same variety.

This just looks to be a "common" aloe- an Aloe Vera. Aloe is a genus, so this Aloe Vera is just one species of many from the aloe family. :) Rather, "Aloe Vera" is not an all-encompassing term for different types of aloe- it only describes one plant.

Aloe vera is medicinal but there are many species that look alike and the easiest way to tell them apart is from the color of the flowers.. Aloe vera has a red flower. It only bloom on older plants. It can take years before it blooms and rarely blooms indoors.
