Black spots on underside of succulent

Wondering if I should return these succulents, I bought at a grocery store. Soon after the tall ones began to have black spots on the under leaves. I have tried reporting. They seem worse. Wondering if I used regular soil, & am wondering if I water too much. Any help, thanks!!!

jbce- if you have the receipt and can return your plant - do so. Don't buy plants from the grocery store - they specialize in groceries not plants.

For healthy plants visit and buy from a local nursery. They will help you select plants for your growing area and provide you with information on care.

Rather, I tried re-potting, & it is in regular soil. Seems more than just watering too much??
