Are my jade cuttings dormant??

I propigated some jade cuttings from a tree, and quite a few grew some roots!
The problem is; they grew enough roots to anchor into the soil, and to stay alive, but then they just stopped.
There is no indication of new growth at all, and it's been about a month.
It's still cold here, and we keep the house at around 25°c. I also keep them kinda near a window so they get some sunlight.

Anyone know who's going on?? Is there something I need to change for them to start growing? ?

I also spritz them with some water every other day.

To check it it is still alive, peal off a small piece of bark and if it is green inside, it is alive. If it is brown, it is dead.

It is alive, I know this.
My question is though, could they have gone dormant? If not, why aren't they growing? And if so, what can I expect? When will it start growing; why did it grow roots before becoming dormant? Is it normal for indoor plants to grow dormant? ?

Jade grows extremely slow. Give it time.
