Help! I think my succulents are getting sick.

I'm not sure if it is normal to have those white root like things coming out of the body of my succulents. If it's not normal then what might be wrong with them?

Also the flowering one, I'm not too sure on what type of plant it is. If it actually is a succulent. It's on the brink of dying, what should I do to help it recover?

They are aerial roots. Some plants normally will crawl along the ground and root along the way. You can cut of the branch and plant it and propagate it that way. Your plant looks healthy otherwise so just make sure the media drains well and you don't over water.

The flowering one is a Kalanchoe. Cut off the flowers. Mine bloom 2-3 times a year.

What conditions do kalanchoe like? I tried to grow them outside in my yard and they lived for a while but they never bloomed again.

High light-on the dry side. Not total full sun, but can withstand some. I have some planted in my flower beds, and they survive our winter (which rarely gets below freezing), and are blooming full guns right now.
