That's the first thing I thought of, too -- a Christmas Cactus -- but the flowers aren't quite right. The Christmas cactus I've had flowered on the tips of the -- what do you call them? branches? -- and the branches were segmented. That's different than the picture in the post where the branches are solid and the flowers aren't growing out of the tips.

Night blooming cereus

Yeah thats Night blooming cereus, considered exotic here in India by gardeners. It blooms in the night and gone by first ray of sun.
These are hugely mistaken as Brahma Kamal ( Saussurea obvallata )

Try orchid cactus; I have one looking exactly like that: it's even flowering at this time too! If it is orchid cactus, you can make flowers into soup. Not sure how, but ate it before.

It is an Epiphyllum hybrid - of which there are many varieties available.

Here is my night blooming cereus - Selenicerus grandiflorus - you will note that the picture was actually taken AT NIGHT using flash !!!
