I need help with ids please

I have had 3 of these succulents for about 3 years and they've grown really nicely with little effort, and one I got from friend thats a clone of hers. [however I'm getting into more succulent gardening and would like to id them so I can make them grow to their full potential, possible clone it. I believe the first one is a "Hobbit" and I have zero clue what the second it.

I've also got 2 types of aloe I'm unsure what they are and could use some help there too. I appreciate everyones help a lot and any step in the right direction is a good one.

here they are
1. I believe this is the Hobbit Jade

I also am starting to research indoor gardening with a grow light for succulent and culinary herbs and if anyone has any helpful experience or info on that, I would be very thankful and appreciative.

thank you so much for looking and helping

The first one does look like a "Hobbit Jade" plant. There are a number of varieties of "Hobbit/Gollum" succulents these days - all with sort of suction-cup looking leaves. But all require the same care.

Next two are definitely aloes, although I can't specifically I.d. each. Again - regular aloe care applies.

Third is, yes, what is commonly called "Mother-in-Law's Plant" - aka "Snake Plant". It's a Sansevieria that is nearly foolproof to grow. For decades it was always present in dusty storefront windows & offices because it was so resilient. Look up Sansevieria & you'll see how easy it is to keep in the pink.
